Christi C. McCray, Director of Promotions, VISIT FLORIDA

Christi McCray is a highly experienced marketing professional with over 12 years of promotion marketing experience and five years sales experience. Ms. McCray joined VISIT FLORIDA in August 1997. As Director of Promotions for VISIT FLORIDA, “the Official Tourism Marketing Corporation for the State of Florida”, Ms. McCray has established a proven track record in developing and executing successful promotional programs. She has coordinated promotions with numerous promotional partners including Hallmark Cards, Warner Home Video, the Capital One Bowl, the FedEx Orange Bowl, the Florida Lottery and Dunkin Donuts. She has also negotiated integrated promotional sponsorships in key markets including New York, Atlanta and Toronto. Ms. McCray was chosen as one of Travel Agent Magazine’s “100 Rising Stars” in the tourism industry for the year 2001. She serves as VISIT FLORIDA’s member representative for the Promotion Marketing Association (PMA) and is a past chair of PMA’s Travel and Hospitality Committee.
