Lisa Scott-Found is the President and CEO of Winterfest, Inc., a not for profit organization who produces the Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade along with a variety of events. Lisa is in her 13th year with Winterfest, having served in every aspect of the parade from the Director of Public Relations to Executive Director to her current role. Under Lisa’s leadership, Winterfest, has hosted galas aboard the QM2, added a golf tournament, created the exclusive White Party, secured the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Southern Wine & Spirits, JM Lexus, Sara Lee, Southwest Airlines, Verizon, and Wachovia Bank as sponsors and is now viewed in over 34 television markets in the United States with requests to air the parade from countries such as Canada, Japan, Australia, and Germany. By changing the route of the Winterfest Boat Parade, this 36 year old tradition increased its number of spectators from 850,000 to over 1 million.
